The Northeastern Pennsylvania Alliance (NEPA) is committed to achieving recognition as the premier regional community and economic development organization in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania by consistently providing innovative high quality services that improve the economy of the region and the quality of life of our constituents.
The goal of the Northeastern Pennsylvania Alliance (NEPA) is to provide a quality menu of programs and valuable services that best match the needs of our partners and add value to our region.
